normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.投標保證金交納：投標保證金人民幣貳萬元整，接受銀行轉賬、保函等非現金形式繳納。以銀行轉賬方式繳納投標保證金的須從投標人基本賬戶一次性按本項目要求金額轉入，且確保在2021年11月10日09時00分前到賬并檢查綁定成功，否則，責任由投標人自行承擔（為確保按時到賬，請盡早交納）。供應商以保函方式繳納投標保證金的，必須符合畢節市 相關規定，否則不能上傳響應文件的，責任由供應商自行承擔。
