normal align=left style='margin-top:7.5pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:4.15pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:left;text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.談判保證金交納：由投標人基本賬戶出具，以銀行轉賬、支票、匯票、本票或者金融機構、擔保機構出具的保函等非現金形式提交（以銀行轉賬方式以外交納保證金的需開標現場提供原件）。以銀行轉賬方式交納保證金的，投標人必須在2021年11月19日9時00分前從其基本賬戶向畢節市 交納投標保證金人民幣伍仟元整（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金）；投標保證金必須從投標人基本賬戶一次性按本項目要求金額轉入，且確保在響應文件提交截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功，否則，責任由投標人自行承擔。
